Kate’s technical capability, specialist knowledge and pragmatic approach allows her to deliver expert advice across human resources, industrial relations and employee relations in the engineering, construction and mining industries. Having over 25 years’ experience in major projects, Kate works collaboratively with clients, Members and unions alike to achieve the required outcomes.
Aaron has extensive major project experience in both onsite and offsite roles, advising stakeholders on industrial matters and facilitating union right of entries in accordance with relevant legislation. Aaron also facilitates CCIWA’s Right of Entry and Mastering the Mining Award training courses and continues to provide ad-hoc site coverage.
Kendall has 20 years’ experience in human resources and employee relations, working across several industry sectors including construction, mining and manufacturing. She supports Members and clients in industrial and employee relations and HR matters including managing union interface, negotiating and registering enterprise agreements, tendering, industry rates and guidance and providing specialised advice across the employee life cycle.
Jenny’s onsite role focuses on delivering industrial relations strategies for major engineering and construction projects. She is primarily responsible for providing technical and practical employee relations advice and support to relevant stakeholders of major construction projects at all stages, including the client, contractors and subcontractors.
Kyra is responsible for liaising with and providing industrial relations and employee relations advice to clients and contractors, overseeing right of entry responsibilities and obligations, and maintaining working relationships with key external stakeholders. She provides technical advice on modern awards and enterprise agreements, and assists with tendering, enterprise bargaining, undertaking complex comparison calculations and lodging agreements.
Madeleine has considerable experience with interpreting industrial instruments and advising on human resource processes and procedures. She is responsible for providing accurate and timely HR and employee and industrial relations advice and guidance to Members, contractors and clients as required.
