CCIWA has now assumed responsibility for the management of the Aboriginal Business Directory WA from the Small Business Development Corporation.
The directory is a listing of Aboriginal businesses in WA and allows businesses to promote their products and services to potential buyers, including government and private organisations.
The directory complements the CCI-run Industry Capability Network which connects suppliers to major government and private sector infrastructure, industrial, energy and resources projects and ProjectConnect, which focuses on WA state and regional projects.
Projects currently listed on ICN include Chevron’s Gorgon Project – one of the largest natural gas projects in the world – and BHP’s South Flank Iron Ore project.
